About the role
Reporting to the Head of and Learning and Organisational Development, the L&OD Business Partner will play a pivotal role in consulting with key stakeholders and defining L&OD priorities in designated directorates to support the delivery of the overall strategy.Sitting within a wider team of ten professionals, the role will be involve influencing and advising on key people priorities such as workforce development plans, identifying learning needs, leadership development and anti-racism, equity and inclusion solutions.
Role specifics
You'll partner with leaders across the organisation to identify learning and organisational development needs, designing and delivering innovative solutions that build capability and support Shelter's strategic goals. Working collaboratively with colleagues across HR and other specialist teams, you'll manage projects, evaluate impact, champion a culture of continuous learning, and use your expertise to influence, support and drive sustainable organisational and cultural change.Apply to be part of our team and be the change you want to see in society.

About the team
