Meet the The WFH Hub founder - Kat
I founded The Work From Home Hub after spending a decade building and leading high‑performing remote customer service teams. During that time, I began keeping a record of organisations using distributed teams, initially to help unsuccessful applicants find genuine alternatives, and to share best practice across the industry.
What started as a small Facebook resource to support people suddenly needing remote work has grown into a community of over 480,000 people across the UK.
Through running The WFH Hub, I’ve seen first‑hand how little support exists for job seekers who need remote or flexible work, especially those who rely on home‑based roles due to disability, caring responsibilities or location. After moving into Digital Transformation and seeing the same gaps from the employer side, I made the decision to focus on The WFH Hub full‑time.
My mission is simple: to remove the noise of the remote work job search, making the job search feel less overwhelming and far more achievable for everyone.
