Temporary: Fixed-term, part-time (3 days per week) starting October 2026 and finishing March 2028. 25 days annual leave (pro-rata 15 days) plus Public Holidays and the period between Christmas and the New Year
Working hours: part-time (3 days per week)
Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 per annum (pro-rata actual £22,800 – £26,400)

Scope: To help deliver our ambitious plans and ensure robust financial management of existing and new programmes, we are now recruiting a part-time Finance & Grants Manager to join Team Tree Council. The Manager will work within TTC’s small finance team (two people currently) on some day-to-day TTC accounting. In addition, they will play a key role working with the Community Planting, Education, and Fundraising Teams supporting the financial monitoring and processing of grant-making and grant-funded programmes. Financial systems and processes are already established and we always welcome improvement.
