Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:Assist prospective students by submitting applications and answering their queries via phone.
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic information about the admissions process.
Ensure every customer receives a professional and supportive experience.
Maintain meticulous records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Shine in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, where every call counts!
What We're Looking For:
We need passionate individuals who possess:Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach.
The ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Availability for the full duration of the assignment (August 10 to August 17, 2026).
Proficiency in PCs and general IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with higher education processes is a plus (training provided).
GCSE English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
The right to work in the UK.
Technical Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:A personal laptop or PC running Windows 11 or above (sorry, Apple devices, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Up-to-date antivirus software installed.
A functioning headset (speakers not permitted).
Access to a quiet, distraction-free home working environment.
