    Job Description

    About You

As Audio Production Specialist, you will support Art UK and Bloomberg Connects' collective ambitions to engage a broader audience, both nationally and internationally, through compelling audio storytelling that brings participating collections to life. You will lead audio training sessions (mostly via webinar, with occasional in-person sessions) for collections being onboarded to Bloomberg Connects, and provide additional support to collections requiring guidance on audio production. You will write scripts, record and edit audio, and work cross-departmentally to plan publication and promotion on Bloomberg Connects and Art UK's wider channels. You will also audit existing audio content, make recommendations for improvement, and work collaboratively with Collection Partners to put these suggestions into practice.

You will have extensive professional experience in audio production, demonstrating strong editorial expertise and production skills, with a passion for creating engaging content. You will bring production management experience to oversee the full process, from training, research, and scripting to recording, editing, and delivery. Experience in video production or podcasting would be a distinct advantage.

You will enjoy working collaboratively across teams, supporting colleagues and partners, and applying your creativity and attention to detail to every project. You will share our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, and be motivated by contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
