About You
As the Bloomberg Administration Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the relationship between Bloomberg and Art UK runs efficiently and smoothly. Working across UK and US Bloomberg Teams, and with third-party partners including Lapine Group and Imagineear, you will work confidently across multiple databases, supporting contact and lead management and data cleaning ahead of migration to a new platform.
You will enjoy working with people and building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, using your strong communication skills to support onboarding activity, manage mailing lists, and coordinate webinar communications and registrations. You will take pride in maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
You are highly organised and able to provide flexible administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination and minute-taking, as well as other tasks as required.

Job Requirements
Essential: Exceptional record-keeping and administration skills
Essential: Experience working with client relationship management databases
Essential: Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Essential: First-class written and spoken communication skills, and the confidence to engage and work effectively with a wide range of people both face to face and online
Essential: High level of attention to detail
Essential: Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Essential: Self-motivated and reliable, with a clear focus on reaching deadlines on time
Essential: Ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload
Essential: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable: Experience pitching products and services
Desirable: Experience using Trello and other project management tools
Desirable: Experience working in an arts or heritage organisation
Desirable: Active interest in the visual arts and museums
Job Responsibilities
Work across multiple databases (including Asana, Salesforce, Beacon, SharePoint and Qi) to clean data and create accurate records
Report on statistics from across the databases
Review and update communication templates
Assess organisations' suitability for Bloomberg Connects
Liaise closely with Bloomberg teams in London and New York arranging meetings and taking meeting minutes where required
Manage mailing lists and webinar registrations
Liaise with the Bloomberg Exhibition and Events Officer to research and develop Art UK's new 'What's On' feed
Support with team diary management and meeting minutes as needed
Undertake other administrative tasks as required
