Salary: £33,284 - £36,982 per annum (dependent on experience)

We're looking for someone like you to join our vibrant, supportive team as an Assistant Management Accountant for our Property Asset Management and Supported Housing business areas.

As our Assistant Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of reporting for specific cost centres, month end accounts & journals, delivery of accurate variance analysis, and build strong relationships with budget holders, helping them make informed, confident choices.
If you're someone who's proactive, analytical, and enjoys using your initiative to make improvements, this may be the role for you! You'll work with a variety of teams and contribute to business improvement and change initiatives.
What do we need from you?Part Qualified or studying towards qualification (AAT or equivalent)
Previous experience in accounting within a large, complex organisation with significant budgets, ideally with experience of partnering with budget holders
Experience of providing accounting information to challenging deadlines
Proven ability interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk
Experience of providing an excellent customer driven service
Experience of using digital technology within a finance environment
A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing environment
Whilst this role is home based, regular travel to our Group offices located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester will be required.
