Administrator (Worcester)

Employer: Platform Housing Group  

Location: Home based within commutable distance of our Group office in Worcester for occasional travel for meetings as required  

Temporary: FTC until August 2027

Working hours: Full Time  

Salary: £25,265 - £28,072 per annum depending on experience

  • Are you passionate about delivering an excellent service and equipped with strong administrative skills and great attention to detail?

     

    If so, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join, initially on a fixed term contract basis until August 2027, to support our Property Care Planning team by taking responsibility for a range of administrative activities and processes while delivering a great customer experience.

    As our Administrator, you will assist the planning team with the logging and completion of repairs tickets including out of hours emergencies, subcontractor repairs and sending out confirmation details to operatives where applicable.


    This role would suit someone who is process-driven and has a keen eye for detail as you'll be responsible for the input of timesheets, overtime forms and OOHs payments for all PPC workforce, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date within a variety of IT systems. You'll also create and send appointment letters, e-mails and other correspondence so need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service to our customers.

     

    What are we are looking for?

    • Previous experience of working in a similar administrative role

    • Customer focused approach

    • GCSE English and Maths or good standard of Maths and English

    • Housing experience would be ideal but not essential

    • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Confident using IT systems and MS Office suite

    • Strong administration skills and attention to detail



    While this role is home based, you should be within a commutable distance to travel occasionally to our Group office located at Central Park, Worcester.
