About the role:
Reporting to the Executive Director of People Culture and Transformation, you will play a key role in working alongside the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, helping us to transform our work creating opportunity for organisational effectiveness and sustainability and enabling us to deliver even greater impact to children and young people.We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience, knowledge and skill in leading and delivering organisational transformation. It is crucial that you can build relationships with senior level stakeholders quickly, are able to critique and influence and can produce a plan and approach that enables us to transform our systems, processes and ways of working. The outputs of this work will sit alongside our strategic framework and will support the work that we already have underway in enabling a thriving organisation.
This role is for a defined period of time, therefore it will also be important that you can demonstrate experience in enabling internal teams to continue with the work delivery at the right time.

Key skills and experience:
Experience of leading and delivering organisational transformation
Creating the right conditions for organisational effectiveness through design and practices
Proven track record in achieving transformational change and bringing the organisation on the journey
Ability to work with all key stakeholders, influencing and helping to impart knowledge and skill
Enabling internal capability to hand the baton over at the right time
