Job Details
To build a fair education for all, we need to unlock the potential in all children – not just some. Together, we’re making it happen. Every day, our work takes us closer to a better future. But we need to do more. It’s a big challenge – and we need your help to take it on.
As Talent Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative, data and pipeline support across the Programme Talent directorate. You’ll coordinate processes and support Officers and Managers agilely, pivoting quickly between different priorities and pipeline stages as needed. This support spans the whole end-to-end recruitment journey, from attraction through to conversion and selection, as well as post-offer, including supporting onboarding, compliance and placement. The output of your work unlocks real impact, enabling future changemakers to join leading programmes.
Please note that we are recruiting for three vacancies: two permanent positions and one fixed-term contract position until September 2027.
Do you have strong attention-to-detail; are you experienced and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work, whilst maintaining an excellent level of accuracy?
Do you have the ability to manage a demanding workload independently, with strong organisational and time management skills?
Do you have experience of utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and can you be confident in handling data, including sensitive information?
Are you confident inputting data to, and interpreting data from, candidate pipeline management tools and systems?
Are you a keen relationship builder, able to forge strong internal relationships quickly and committed to providing a first-class customer service experience?
Are you proactive in your approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of initiative and professional judgement?
Do you have proven experience of motivating yourself through periods of change, uncertainty and challenge, and/or with repetitive tasks?
Do you have experience of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, able to pivot and change your focus quickly and efficiently?
Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you. You might be our next Talent Coordinator
