    About the role

This role leads the digital transformation team within PCH; the team vision is that all councils sustainably adopt digital technology that transforms health and wellbeing for their residents.

Our current support offer for councils includes support on the digital what good looks like programme themes, with collaboration on digital leadership, digitising and streamlining assessments, and AI. Our national strategic work focuses on topics such as the digital switchover; cyber security; case management systems; strengthening national and regional relationships; inputting into care technology standards, the 10-year health plan, and Casey review; developing innovation opportunities for proactive and preventative care, and more.

We are looking for someone who can positively lead the digital transformation team and portfolio of work to ensure that we have the best support offer to councils. This post requires someone who can ‘hit the ground running’ with a strong knowledge of digital technology, its use in adult social care and national strategy and programmes.
