Salary: Homebased: £31,716 per annum (Band E, Level 3) or Gilwell Park with Hybrid: £33,476 per annum (Band E, Level 3 inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

A bit about the role
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Programme Officer to join the Programme Team and support the delivery of impactful, youth-led initiatives, with a key focus on our Youth Leadership Development Pilot.
You'll co-create engaging content, empower young leaders aged 14–18, and support volunteers to deliver inclusive, high-quality programmes. This role is all about championing youth voice, building partnerships, and helping young people develop skills for life.
