Programme Manager (London)

Employer: LTSB 

Location: Home-based with candidates ideally located within reasonable proximity to London. Programme Managers are responsible for delivery across specific LTSB hub cities and regions and are required to travel to support delivery in those areas. 

Temporary: 1 year fixed-term contract 

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, part-time (0.6 FTE)

Salary: £ 32,000 FTE (£19,200 pro rata)

  • The Programme Manager role is suited to someone with experience delivering youth development programmes, ideally focused on employability, and who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed in the world of work. As a key frontline member of LTSB’s team, the postholder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including the Programmes and Employment teams and employer partners, to support young people throughout their journey.

    The Programme Manager will play an important role in recruiting young people onto programmes, delivering high quality sessions, providing one-to-one support and creating a positive, inclusive and safe environment in which young people can develop their confidence and skills. LTSB is a close, supportive and innovative organisation, and we want all staff to fulfil their potential while helping young people realise theirs.
