The Role
We are looking for a Practice Advisor (Early Years and Education) to play a crucial role in providing expert advice and practical support on Early Years and education practice ensuring families and professionals have access to high-quality resources and guidance.
What you'll do
Develop and update high-quality resources for families and professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve early years support.
Promote inclusive practice rooted in Family-Centred Early Intervention principles.
Share specialist knowledge through training, guidance, and co-designed materials.
What you'll need
Proven experience supporting deaf children and families, especially in early years settings.
Strong knowledge of child development, communication strategies, and inclusive provision.
Skilled in translating complex information into accessible, compassionate advice.
Collaborative approach to working across teams and with external partners.
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence are essential.
Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
