What’s the role?
We’re looking for a brilliant Membership Support Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months; an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time!
You, as Membership Support Coordinator, would work within our friendly Business Development Team. Tightly connected with the whole business, our member partners, and business partners, the Business Development team works very closely together, blending being on the road and working from home.
The fastest growing sector of our membership is our Advantage Managed Services. Your role will be pivotal in the application, implementation and post go-live care process to ensure our new members have a great experience. In this wide ranging role, you will also be responsible for maintaining our internal CRM system, ensuring our customer records are kept up to date. We embrace innovation here, and will welcome improvements to internal processes that support us in becoming more and more efficient!
The overall purpose of your role is to support our member partners; a very important role within the business! You will be communicating with our member partners on a variety of industry topics, as well as speaking with new businesses who are looking to join Advantage. So, you will develop a broad understanding of the products and services we offer, in order to confidently articulate the benefits of joining the Advantage organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
Membership Support
Answering queries from our members via phone & email
Liaising with internal teams
Providing monthly updates to our preferred suppliers
Day to day administration of the CAPS payment scheme
Dealing with queries on our preferred suppliers
New user setup’s on our Advantage Members website
Sales & Booking reports
Accurate record keeping within our CRM
Providing member support across relevant systems
New Member Implementations
Support the setup and implementation of new members to Advantage
Lead regular implementation calls to introduce new members to the organisation
Identify member requirements, tailoring their implementation plan, alongside internal teams
New Member Recruitment & Business Development Manager Support
Respond to incoming emails and calls from potential new members
Detailing the key benefits of Advantage Membership
Engage with our BDM’s to proactively manage new-member opportunities
Regularly update our BDM’s with relevant information
What you’ll bring
Your skills & experience:
Successfully delivering against business targets in various areas
Engage with our with member partners, the BD team and other internal teams
Comfortable liaising with members addressing their needs
Experience of, or willingness to, working across different systems
Ability to manage deadlines while delivering great results
Juggling a variety of tasks and prioritisation
Delivering great customer service!
