🚀 The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who knows their way around marketing and enjoys bringing people and projects together. You'll work with our in-house team and external partners, making sure plans turn into action, deadlines don't slip and everyone knows what's happening. You won't be expected to set the overall marketing strategy - we need someone proactive who can confidently keep the day-to-day activity on track.
🎯 What you’ll get involved with
Keeping marketing projects organised, updating plans, following up on actions and making sure deadlines are met
Helping bring campaigns and new ideas to life - including our People First project, which puts our colleagues at the forefront of our marketing to help us stand out and win more business from competitors
Being a key point of contact for our marketing agencies, advertising partners, website providers and other suppliers, keeping relationships positive and productive
Checking supplier progress and commitments, keeping track of budgets and contract dates, and flagging any issues early
Coordinating activity across our marketing team, branches and external partners so everyone has what they need
Pulling together supplier updates and helping prepare straightforward progress and performance reports for the business
🌟 A bit about you
You'll have experience in marketing coordination, account management or project support, and a good understanding of how marketing agencies and suppliers work. You're organised, a confident communicator, comfortable juggling different priorities and happy to pick up the phone to get things moving. You'll also be confident using everyday tools such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in estate agency or a multi-branch business would be a bonus, but isn't essential. A driving licence and access to a car would be helpful for occasional meetings.
🙌Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you!
