Role Outline
Working in this small but dynamic marketing and communications team, we market Health Partners services, communicate directly with our clients, promote health and wellbeing for their employees and engage our colleagues with internal communications. With a broad remit this is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to work across channels and gain excellent experience creating content for some of the most recognised brand names in the UK. We work remotely but are a close team who collaborate and support each other to achieve ambitious goals. This maternity cover role will be fixed-term initially for 12 months and would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, a creative outlook and a passion for communicating effectively.What you'll be doing:
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our marketing and communication strategies while working across a range of exciting initiatives. From building strong relationships across the company to creating impactful campaigns, your contributions will directly support our growth and success.
You will be Collaborating across teams to deliver aligned, impactful marketing plans and campaigns. Creating engaging content and managing social media activity to enhance our brand presence. You will be involved in organising and coordinating marketing and community events, including logistics and materials and monitoring campaign and channel performance, providing insights and reports to optimise results.
What we are looking for:
You will have a degree in a relevant subject with previous experience in Marketing and/or Communications, ideally multi channel, you will have an eye for detail and be passionate about creating excellent and highly effective communications. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and ideally you will have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud programmes, in particular In-design and photoshop and previous experience with Canva would be beneficial.
There is the opportunity to get involved in organising and delivery events and you can show initiative and lead external agencies where appropriate to effectively manage events, presentations, promotional materials and online activities and have the ability to understand audience segmentation and deliver the most relevant content, using the most appropriate channel. Previous experience in writing content such as blog posts, web content and information guides is essential for this role.
Salary
We offering £32,000 to £35,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.Company Benefits
