    Job Overview:

    Are you passionate about digital marketing, community building and content creation? We’re looking for a proactive, creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join Twinkl’s growing B2B Marketing team to support our Subject Lead marketing activities.

    This role is perfect for someone with a marketing or communications background who is eager to develop their skills in email marketing, social media engagement and campaign management in B2B marketing.

    You’ll report to the Segment Manager (Subject Leads) and play a key role of raising the profile of Twinkl’s offer with this important segment. You’ll have grow an online community of subject leaders and thought leaders, promoting Twinkl’s resources and events to drive engagement and customer loyalty.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage the social media presence of the Subject Leads segment across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook, identifying and testing new platforms as appropriate.

    • Plan, develop and deliver engaging multimedia and written content.

    • Support the creation and coordination of a content calendar for Subject Leads activity and manage campaign tactics activations.

    • Write compelling brand-aligned copy for B2B marketing campaigns and activities, including social media, blogs, and email.

    • Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages and building relationships with relevant influencers, educators and content creators.

    • Support with the production of regular newsletters and blogs.

    • Analyse and report on social media and content performance to guide ongoing strategy and improvement.

    • Collaborate closely with editors, designers and segment stakeholders to align messaging and ensure consistent branding.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    We’re looking for someone with a marketing mindset and a passion for communication. You may have worked in marketing, social media or communications roles previously and be looking for the next step in your career.

    • Experience in marketing, communications, digital content or social media management.

    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

    • Confidence using social media tools and platforms.

    • Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, editing apps or scheduling tools.

    • Organisational and time management skills.

    • A self-starter with curiosity and an eye for detail.

    • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.

    • An interest in the education sector is a bonus, but not essential.
