Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join an established Pension Administration firm on a fully remote basis. The role will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to both members and clients across Defined Benefit (DB) and some Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.
The role will focus on ensuring service excellence, supporting team development, and handling more complex pension administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Service member and client queries relating to DB and DC pension schemes
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are consistently met
Deputise for the Team Leader when required
Act as a senior technical reference point for complex and non-standard cases
Review, check, and challenge work completed by junior team members
Train, mentor, and support less experienced colleagues, including conducting regular feedback sessions
The Requirements
Proven experience in administering occupational pension schemes
Experience coaching and supporting junior team members
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
