To build a fair education for all, we need to unlock the potential in all children – not just some. Together, we’re making it happen. Every day, our work takes us closer to a better future. But we need to do more. It’s a big challenge – and we need your help to take it on.
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will develop the skills to document, analyse and improve existing processes - with a particular focus on areas where technology or data may be needed to enable efficiency or improvement.
You will carry out business analysis, process improvement, user story writing and support testing activity - adopting best practice methodologies and tools for the work.
You’ll build the skills needed to elicit and analyse requirements to enable effective planning across long-term strategic priorities and immediate operational needs.
Are you aware of business analysis techniques such as process modelling, requirements elicitation, workshops, and tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira and Microsoft 365 applications?
Do you understand business requirements, process mapping, user stories, or functional specifications, gained through education, training, or practical experience?
Are you aware of agile methodologies and ways in which we can apply these principles in practice, with an understanding why iteration is important and can you iterate quickly?
Are you aware of the people, process, and technology impacts associated with change programmes and do you have strong communication skills with the ability to explain changes clearly to different stakeholder groups?
Are you able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders?
Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you. You might be our next Junior Business Analyst!
