As a People/HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culture in line with our new Corporate Plan 2030 and our three core values: “We Champion the Customer”, “We Build Togetherness”, and “We Are Professional”.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your change management, recruitment and systems knowledge and experience. Restructure and merger experience would be beneficial. You will work in an enthusiastic and committed team, continuing to build a positive colleague experience and a great place to work.
What you’ll need to succeed
Demonstratable experience, ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards).
Experience in a wide range of change management programs, restructures, mergers, employee relations and relevant legislation.
A keen eye on talent management to attract the right candidates and make successful appointments to our roles.
Detail focused, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in IT with experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with strong influencing and communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships and key stakeholder management skills.
