Salary: up to £58000 dependent on experience

  • VioVet has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract..

    Supporting the Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting, this role offers great exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to play a key role in supporting the continued growth of VioVet.

    This is a hands-on financial reporting role requiring someone who can manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    As this role is covering a maternity leave, we would like the secondment to begin in May to allow sufficient time for a handover

    Our team are based in Bedford, with in-person collaboration twice a month.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Producing and presenting weekly KPI reports for the Group

    • Preparing monthly management reports and supporting wider group reporting

    • Managing month-end processes, including reconciliations and VAT returns

    • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

    • Partnering with stakeholders to support decision-making

    • Supporting audits, statutory, and ESG reporting

    • Driving improvements in processes and controls

    • Supporting and developing finance team members

    What We’re Looking For

    • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified (or finalist) 

    • Strong financial reporting experience in a fast-paced environment

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

    • Confidence in Excel, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Experience with finance systems (Dynamics 365/Chatter or Sage desirable)
