Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will take ownership of core financial processes while also providing commercial insight to support business growth.

Description
Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Ownership of day-to-day finance operations and bookkeeping activities
Balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and payment platforms
Cash flow management and working capital forecasting
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyse sales performance, margins, and profitability across channels
Reconcile revenue streams across ecommerce and payment platforms
Provide insight to support pricing, promotions, and commercial decisions
Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, operations and supply chain
Assist with board reporting, investor requests or fundraising activity (where applicable)
Profile
Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role
Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with accounting software (ideally Xero or similar)
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Experience within ecommerce, retail, or a high-growth/SME environment
Experience supporting commercial decision-making and performance analysis
