Save My Exams is a rapidly growing EdTech business on the lookout for an ambitious Part-Time Executive Assistant for 3 days a week (to be spread across the week). We are an exciting, customer-obsessed, remote-first startup that is improving the lives of millions of students every year.

Job requirements
2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Be organised and reliable with great attention to detail - you’re comfortable juggling and prioritising to-dos, even when things are fast-paced or high pressure.
Be discrete and trustworthy - must have experience of being privy to sensitive information and keeping it confidential.
Be a clear communicator - you’re skilled at communicating with clarity, both in writing and verbally. You know how to push back on stakeholders whilst remaining calm. You make people feel like they can and want to contact you.
Proficiency with GSuite / Microsoft Office
Based in the UK, preferably within 1hr or London, and able to work from the London office at least twice a month (usually on Thursdays), or more if needed.
Job responsibilities
Proactively support the CEO to ensure their diary, emails, workload, key priorities and capacity are carefully managed to ensure their days are as effective as possible and they know what is coming up over the next week and month.
Provide the CEO and wider Leadership Team with support on any project or admin tasks as needed, this may include hiring support, performance reviews, general project research, or preparing presentations.
Provide personal support to the CEO. Travel booking and management, personal appointments and any general personal admin.
Be the ears and eyes for the wider Leadership Team to ensure they know what is going on in all parts of the business.
Provide full planning support for any company meetings, including our bi-annual Leadership Team Strategy days, and two-monthly All Hands.
Manage our London WeWork office, being the go -to person for anyone in the team who wants to use the space.
Support our People team on an ad-hoc basis, this may include helping to organise our bi-annual All Company get togethers, such as organising travel and accommodation arrangements for the whole team and social activities

Flexible working hours: We don’t expect (or want) you to spend every waking hour at work. Our general working hours are 9-6pm, however we have a company-wide principle around Core Hours, which is 10-4pm and you can work at times that suit you and your team
Remote working: we’re UK based but you can work from your home or wherever you want. (Note - For this role we would expect you to be in London at least twice a month)
