Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist

Employer: We Are Affective

Location: Remote•UK

Working hours: Full time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 annually

  • We Are Affective is a digital experience design agency that puts emotion at the centre of everything we create. We believe the best digital products don’t just work - they feel right. Our work spans mobile app design, interaction design, and motion, crafting experiences that genuinely connect with the people who use them.

    The Role:

You'll own our social media presence and use it as a lead generation engine - building our brand profile, engaging meaningfully with the right prospects, and feeding qualified opportunities into our pipeline.

    What You'll Do:

    • Plan and execute a content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

    • Create original content - posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and thought leadership pieces - centred around UX, emotional design, and digital experience.

    • Actively engage with decision-makers, brand teams, and product leads in our target markets.

    • Run outbound social prospecting to generate warm inbound interest.

    • Collaborate with the founder on positioning, ghostwriting, and personal brand content.

    • Track performance and continuously optimise based on what's working.

    • Hand off qualified leads cleanly into the sales process.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven B2B social media experience, ideally within design, tech, or creative industries.

    • Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice and tone.

    • Self-directed and comfortable in a lean, remote-first environment.

    • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Buffer, or similar.

    • An appreciation for design, UX, or brand strategy is a strong advantage.

    What We Offer:

    • Fully remote, flexible working.

    • Direct collaboration with the founder.

    • Real influence over how a new brand shows up in the world.

    • Competitive salary or freelance rate depending on arrangement.
