Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs)
Coordinating multi-agency input across education, health, and social care
Ensuring statutory timelines are met
Producing high-quality, compliant documentation
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing EHC Needs Assessments within a local authority setting
Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory processes (Children and Families Act 2014)
Experience working to strict statutory deadlines
Ability to liaise effectively with parents, schools, and multi-agency professionals
Excellent written skills, with experience producing EHCP-related documentation
Able to manage a busy caseload independently
