Are you looking for a role within an organisation where the work you do makes a real difference to children? If the answer is yes then our Due Diligence Executive role could be exactly what you're looking for.

Join the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate to make the difference

At the NSPCC, we believe every childhood is worth fighting for. With over 100 years of experience, and the collective strength of our staff, volunteers, supporters, and partners, we're working to end child abuse and neglect for good. Join us as a Due Diligence Executive, and get more people involved in change that means everything.

You'll be joining a team that is passionate about providing a friendly, user centred and evidence driven service to the organisation, and that champions a supportive culture of authenticity.

What is the purpose of the Due Diligence Executive position?

This role plays a key role in maximising income from supporters by working to protect the NSPCC's reputation:

    • You will gather and analyse information about prospective high value supporters, including individuals, corporate partners, and trusts.

    • Using a number of external sources, you will present findings clearly and accurately, making use of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • We rely on high quality data. You will contribute to ongoing improvements to our business support and information systems by evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.

    Why join the NSPCC?

Any one of our people will tell you that a huge reward in itself is making a difference to children's lives. But we know it's a competitive world, and it's important to feel valued in your role and receive more practical, tangible benefits. We offer:

    • Generous annual leave - 29 days per annum plus bank holidays for full-time employees (pro-rata for part-time). 32 days per annum after five years' continuous service.

    • Employee discounts - Our discounts portal gives you online access to over 3,000 discounts and offers.

    • The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - an independent, free, personal support service. It can provide information, support and advice to support your health and wellbeing.

    • Pension - building up a good pension is something we want to help you achieve with our flexible, tax-efficient pension schemes.

    • Life assurance scheme - All employees will be given life assurance of one times their salary, unless they join the NSPCC Group Personal Pension Scheme, where members are given life assurance of five times their salary.

This is a real opportunity to make a difference to children's lives, but we also like to reward people by offering a great working environment, being part of a friendly and supportive team, and offering stimulating and challenging work, with plenty of development opportunities.

Join us at this exciting time and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives. We want to ensure roles are accessible and inclusive of everyone, which is why the NSPCC offers a high degree of flexibility around ways of working.
