About The Role
Digital Learning Consultant – Digital Product Manager level 4
Location: Home Based, UK
Your Role:
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.Your Responsibilities:
A key part of the role is to provide learners with feedback and support on Product Management theories and practical application. It is therefore important that you have:
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to effectively deliver complex technical content in an engaging and interactive manner virtually and/or in-person
Ability to connect with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical professionals.
Specialist skills and experience
Bring proven product leadership experience – You’ll have a strong background in defining and delivering product vision and strategy, with experience engaging teams and stakeholders to align short and long term goals.
Experience of demonstrating value led product delivery – You’ll bring hands on experience prioritising and delivering user value through digital products or services, confidently balancing competing priorities and constraints.
Champion users through experience – You’ll have an established track record of developing a deep understanding of user needs and representing users throughout the full product lifecycle.
Own backlogs with confidence – You’ll have experience creating, managing, and prioritising product backlogs, writing effective user
stories and making evidence based decisions using data and feedback.
Work effectively in complex environments – You’ll be experienced in working within multi disciplinary teams and managing a wide
range of stakeholders, flexing your approach to support product and portfolio delivery.
Measure, improve, and lead by example – You’ll have experience setting measurable product goals, tracking benefits, using feedback to drive improvement, and contributing to product communities by sharing knowledge and best practice.
Experience of product management methodologies – Agile, Waterfall.
