The role
You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission.In this role, you’ll:
. Lead strategy and standards: Shape and maintain our product and service design strategy, setting clear standards and ensuring best practice across the organisation.
. Support innovation and improvement: Create space for innovation and continuous improvement, helping teams design services that are simple, effective, and user-focused.
. Develop people and practice: Lead and grow a team of design, analysis, and business architecture professionals, supporting their development and ensuring we stay at the forefront of our field.

We'll be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
. Experience leading large-scale product and service design in complex organisations, with a focus on user needs and continuous improvement.
. Proven ability to embed user-centred design principles across teams and influence senior leaders to adopt inclusive, evidence-based approaches.
. Strong background in business analysis and agile delivery, with hands-on experience using tools like DevOps or JIRA to manage and track progress.Join us and help CQC shape the future of health and care!
