In the last year you might have:Designed and delivered a new action learning programme to support leadership development across the organisation.
Co-created a cultural change initiative using human process interventions to improve team collaboration and communication.
The roleYou’ll work closely with others to deliver shared outcomes. In this role, you’ll:
Draw on data and insight to design impactful interventions, aligned to our emerging strategy; for example; coaching, facilitation, and cultural change interventions that improve how we work.Shape operating models: Collaborate with operational teams to design structures and processes that meet current and future business needs.
Support delivery: Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure OD programmes run smoothly and effectively.
Show usWe’ll be looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
Your relationship and rapport building capabilities and developing sense of how you approach challenging established ways of thinking and doing.Your experience in designing data and theory informed interventions
Experience delivering OD initiatives: You’ve worked on organisational development projects and understand how to apply OD models to support change.
Skilled in facilitation and collaboration: You’ve co-created content or led sessions using tools like action learning or psychometrics to support learning and development.
Strong communication and problem-solving: You can clearly explain ideas to different audiences and work through challenges to find practical solutions.
Your ability to navigate ambiguity and enable individuals and teams to find their role purpose and sense of agency
A track record of your own personal learning and development as an OD practitioner which informs your ability to move beyond a programme approach to OD work – embracing ‘self as instrument’
