As a Delivery Officer you will be part of a central delivery team who enables the efficient and optimisation of our delivery. You will work with your immediate team and across the department to support high quality experiences which engage our programme members in their development, their community and in our social purpose and mission to ensure all children are able to achieve their potential.

Are you able to manage upwards and laterally, effectively managing expectations? Can you demonstrate high quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes?
Do you have the ability to use Salesforce to answer questions on performance and progress to deliverables; with the ability to spot patterns and share insight with your wider team to support their understanding?
Are you confident executing parts of a project, monitoring progress, identifying obstacles and corrective action? Do you have exceptional organisation, planning and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise own and others’ workloads?
Do you have strong technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM as well as the aptitude to pick up new systems quickly, and confidence in supporting others to use processes and platforms correctly?
Can you demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a geographically dispersed team?
Are you experienced in Salesforce Lightening and using it to maintain excellent data integrity and team performance monitoring and reporting?
Are you experienced in using project management tools to support team deliverables and collaboration?
