    Responsibilities of our Data Services Administrator:

    • To help deliver the charity’s data services, by providing administrative support to the Data and Analytics team enabling them to provide a reliable and consistent service to the Marketing & Income Generation directorate and beyond to help grow sustainable income for Cats Protection and maximise the long-term return on investment for individual donors.

    About the Data & Analytics team:

    • The Data & Analytics team are a department of 14 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of four sub-teams : data processing, data selections, data analytics and customer journeys.

    • This role will work across all areas of Data & Analytics but will have a strong focus on supporting data processing and data selections sub-teams. Data processing and selections are responsible for the day to day flows of data; importing supporter data into our main CRM and providing data for outgoing communications with supporters respectively. Data analytics and customer journeys help the directorate to make data driven decisions and maintain a strong customer focus.

    What we’re looking for in our Data Services Administrator:

    •  Experience working with a CRM system and database

    • Experience of assisting with the organisation of projects/activities or schedules

    • Experience of manipulating flat data files (eg in Excel or text editor)

    • Working within a not-for-profit fundraising environment

    • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

    • Excellent attention to detail
