A leading global professional services firm is looking for a Data Privacy Analyst to join its privacy team on an initial 12-month contract.
You will work closely with your manager supporting day-to-day privacy activity, with an immediate focus on privacy assessments and use of OneTrust. The role will involve RoPAs, DPIAs/PIAs, data protection administration, compliance tracking, data mapping and setting up, launching and maintaining records and assessments within OneTrust.
Key experience required for the Data Privacy Analyst role:
Hands-on data privacy / data protection experience
Strong experience of privacy assessments, including RoPAs, DPIAs and PIAs
Good practical knowledge of OneTrust, including setting up, launching and maintaining records, assessments or controls
Strong administration, documentation and organisational skills
Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Confident communicating with stakeholders across a global organisation
Good working knowledge of GDPR and associated privacy processes
Experience working in a enterprise/ global organisation will be helpful, but not essential
Useful but not essential (desirable):
Privacy or data protection training/certification, such as IAPP, BCS, UK GDPR, OneTrust training or similar
Second language skills

12-month contract
Fully remote
Occasional London office meet-ups
£250-£350 per day rate, DOE, Inside IR35
