Data Analyst Assistant

Working hours: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)
Salary: £28,500.00 - £32,000.00 per annum

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing large datasets to provide insights and support decision-marking within the company. Also, will be responsible for creating reports and visualisations to communicate your findings to various internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Procedures
Collect, clean, and organise data from various sources.
Perform statistical analysis and develop reports and visualisations to communicate findings.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.
Create dashboards and automated reports to monitor performance.
Continuously improve processes and systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Communicate and liaise with stakeholders, local authority staff and subcontractors/landlords.
Ensure weekly reports are submitted to UKVI as well as reports within the organisation.
Update of relevant systems including CCMS to ensure effective record-keeping and real-time data.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Head of procurement.

Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager

Professional
Maintain a good understanding of the legislation of the contract.
Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
