We have the opportunity for 5 full time seasonal Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a 4 month temporary contract. A true Seasalt ambassador, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding first line support to our customers across multiple contact channels, solving their queries and maximising sales opportunities. You’ll support with administrative duties and demonstrate an excellent understanding of our technology platforms and processes, providing support to colleagues where needed.

Our Customer Service team work a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shift pattern working across both 8:30am-5:00pm and 10:00am-6:30pm across the working week.
Training for this role will begin on 6th October and will run for 4 weeks Monday-Friday. This will provide you with the tools that you need to flourish in the role and will be supported by our Service Improvement Manager. The successful candidate must be fully flexible to work throughout a 4 week period from this date.
Please note that interviews for this role will run up until Thursday 4th September at the latest.
You’ll help us by:
Answering all types of customer enquiries across all contact channels with First Contact.
Maintaining your knowledge of our products and promotions.
Being mindful of our service level agreements and consistently strive to help us achieve them.
Highlighting potential issues and gaps immediately, professionally and with enough detail.
Multitasking efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Carrying out all administration functions relative to customer services, within the service levels set and with a high level of accuracy.
Accurately recording, storing, inputting and updating information into the relevant ICT systems, ensuring all records and systems are up to date.
Maintaining knowledge of current and amended processes and procedures across the team by reading communications via email, writing and forums i.e. Fuse and Freshdesk forums/Article Solutions.
Supporting the development of Customer Service to ensure the service continues to meet customer and business needs.
Demonstrating a willingness to undertake a variety of other activities in line with broad remit of the role.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
Experience in a customer facing environment
A passion for customer service and delivering an excellent level of service across multiple channels: phone, email, chat and social media
Able to maintain knowledge of our product and maximise sales opportunities.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient to change
Flexible attitude to working patterns and the type of tasks completed.
Enjoys a varied multiskilled role with a can-do attitude.
Proactive, self-motivated, productive.
