Job Summary
We’re seeking an individual with experience in website management to join the BBE team as a Content and CRM Officer. You will support members with website and portal queries and be responsible for uploading all content to the BBE website, including articles, events, and resources.

As BBE's Content and CRM Officer, you'll be the main point of contact for our members with queries about using our website and member portal. You'll maintain a close relationship with our software developers and have a proactive approach to understanding the iMIS platform. You'll be responsible for uploading all content to the BBE website, including articles, events and resources, and ensuring that our website presence is professional, accessible and consistent.

Job Requirements
Essential
Experience using a CRM system, knowledge of HTML, and sufficient IT literacy to use project management software
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to plan, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and act with professionalism, respect, and clear communication (written and verbal)
Commitment to inclusion, diversity, access, and equity
Desirable
Experience in a similar role as a database administrator, writing queries, and familiarity with relational databases
Experience in customer service or within a membership body
Interest in and enthusiasm for the brass band or community music sector
Knowledge of iMIS, Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Zoom
Experience uploading content to websites
Job Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
To maintain and develop BBE's digital platform, liaising with iFINITY to ensure the iMIS CRM is optimised for current and future needs. The role includes acting as the CRM controller and support desk, while engaging with iFINITY, ASI, and industry communities to stay up to date with the latest iMIS and wider industry improvements. You will also contribute to ongoing platform development.
To support BBE members and staff with CRM and website-related issues, responding to queries promptly and creating resources addressing common issues. The role also works with all departments to set up reports and queries for data collection.
To manage all content uploaded to the website, working with departments to ensure all content is uploaded promptly, correctly formatted, and on brand.
General Duties, including contribute to reporting to BBE trustees, Arts Council England and other funders as directed.
