    Tend Training part of Impact Futures Group have a new exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Enrolments team as Apprenticeship Recruitment Executive.

    This is a full time position, working from home with occasional visits to our Birmingham office.

    The Role:
    As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Executive you will work to match suitable candidates with a variety of apprenticeship vacancies across England. This is a volume recruitment position and involves working with a variety of different clients across multiple sectors – no two days will ever be the same. You will build solid and long-lasting relationships with our clients, consulting with them on talent, market conditions and salary benchmark recommendations.

    As part of this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be working with a fun and dynamic team, placing the next generation of apprentices and professionals in our sectors, ultimately contributing to the success of our business.

    The role will involve:
    - Posting eye-catching job adverts across various channels
    - Reviewing applications and CVs
    - Speaking to candidates on a daily basis to assess their suitability and eligibility for the apprenticeship
    - Liaising with employers to arrange interviews
    - Tracking and login recruitment data and metrics to ensure analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

    About You:
    - Recruitment experience (in any sector, preferably volume recruitment)
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Fantastic organisation and time management skills
    - A friendly, approachable and helpful personality
    - A team player
    - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams

    Desirable:
    - A full UK driving licence
