We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Compliance Case Coordinator team within Platform Property Care.

What you'll be doing:
As an Apprentice Administrator, you will support the Compliance Case Coordinator team with a range of administrative tasks while providing a high level of customer service. You'll also gain valuable experience learning how a busy, fast-paced coordination team operates.
Day-to-day, you will:
Learn about Awaab's Law and how it's used in real situations.
Help manage damp, mould and condensation cases from start to finish.
Update trackers and reports to monitor progress and performance.
Work with different teams to help meet targets and improve services.
Communicate with customers and colleagues to provide support.
Build your skills while completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Your training:
You will study the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, at Hereford & Worcester Training Association or similar provider, attending college one day a week while gaining hands-on experience for the rest of the week.
Once you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for permanent roles within Platform Housing Group. We have a strong track record of offering long-term opportunities to our apprentices.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Good organisation and ICT skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
A positive attitude and strong desire to grow your skills
The ability to work well within a team
The motivation to work independently, including from home
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
You must also live near to or in Worcester, as you will regularly attend our Worcester office.
Working arrangements:
Home-based, with travel to the Worcester office and occasional visits to Birmingham Business Park and other locations as required
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
