  • We're looking for an Apprentice Fleet Compliance Co-ordinator to join our award-winning and expanding Fleet team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while developing valuable experience in Business Administration and Fleet Management.

    What you'll be doing:

    As our Apprentice Fleet Compliance Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with our Fleet Risk and Compliance Manager to provide essential support and administration, helping to maintain compliance and reduce risk across Platform Housing Group's vehicle fleet and mobile workforce.

    Day-to-day, you will:

    • Carry out key administrative tasks to support a compliant fleet in line with company policies

    • Work with operational managers to maintain high standards of driver and vehicle compliance

    • Liaise with operative colleagues by phone and Microsoft Teams to ensure vehicle checks and driver app tasks are completed, escalating where necessary

    • Update telematics systems with accurate vehicle and driver information, with full training and support

    • Support the Fleet team with general administration, including maintaining and updating driver records

    Your training:

    You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with a training association, where you may be required to attend college one day per week.

    You may also have the opportunity to complete an additional fleet apprenticeship unit (pending approval from Skills England / DWP)

    The rest of the week you will gain hands-on experience, building confidence, communication, and administration skills. 

    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation

    • Good IT skills, an interest in administration, and strong attention to detail

    • Organisational skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures

    • An interest in cars, light commercial vehicles, customer service, or working within a housing organisation (desirable)

    • A full driving licence and the ability to travel between offices as required is essential

    Working arrangements:

    This role is home-based, with travel to the Group Offices and other locations as needed for team meetings, training, or site visits. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Free on-site parking is available at our offices.
