Temporary: Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover  

Working hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

  • We are looking for an Alumni Engagement Manager to join our team.

    As the Alumni Engagement Manager you will lead the operational delivery and implementation of Kaplan International Pathways alumni engagement priorities during a pivotal transition year.

    You will be responsible for translating agreed alumni strategy into practical, high-quality delivery. A key focus will be the implementation and embedding of the alumni CRM, alongside leading visible and meaningful alumni engagement activity that supports recruitment, progression and long-term community building.

    What you’ll bring to the role

    Experience in higher education, alumni relations, student lifecycle or community engagement.

    Experience managing projects involving systems implementation or CRM platforms.

    Experience delivering engagement programmes, community initiatives, or stakeholder-led activity.

    Experience line managing, supervising or mentoring staff.

    Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles (e.g. GDPR).

    Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

    Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively in a transition environment.

    Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.

    Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
