As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth through effective affiliate marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key partners. You’ll own and manage your channel budget and work in collaboration with other channel leads to deliver results.

You’ll help us by:
Developing and executing the overall affiliate marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, revenue, profit and growth.
Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new affiliates, publishers, and influencers.
Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, maximize ROI, conversions, new customers and other key metrics.
Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns for affiliates.
Providing affiliates with promotional materials, tracking links, and other resources to ensure successful campaign execution.
Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilising analytics tools and working closely with Finance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and support and providing timely responses to affiliate enquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Monitoring affiliate activities to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, while managing risk and preventing fraud.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
Highly commercial with proven (hands-on) experience in affiliate marketing and program management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Agency management experience
Experience managing budgets.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking and reporting tools, proficient on Excel and Google Analytics.
Experience with managing international affiliate programmes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Experience working with 3P affiliate networks (e.g. AWIN)
Understanding of the different affiliate types including keyworker, cashback, content.
Experience monitoring and delivering against KPIs.
Familiarity with different attribution models.
Ability to recruit, onboard and nurture affiliate partnerships.
Understanding of how affiliates fits within the wider marketing and ecommerce mix.
Ability to collaborate with wider teams such as Ecommerce, PR and Brand.
Understands risks within affiliate channel, regularly monitoring compliance across publishers.
Familiar with trends in the affiliate landscape and wider ecommerce.
