We are looking for a Brand Projects Executive to join our Marketing team, working alongside our Brand Projects Manager. This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 12 months, working either remotely in the UK or on hybrid basis from our Woking office or London Campuses.
As a Brand Projects Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Projects Manager in the delivery of successful projects and initiatives, in line with our brand strategy. This is a hands-on role, coordinating resources, tracking progress, analysing performance data and supporting various aspects of project delivery, making sure that marketing initiatives help to grow our brand awareness.
This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a sector-leading Higher Education organisation with a real commitment to brand strategy and it is ideal for candidates who can adapt fast to changing priorities and have a good understanding of all marketing channels across the full mix and the role brand marketing plays within these.
As a Brand Projects Executive, at The University of Law, you will be:
Supporting on the implementation of brand projects, briefing in activities as appropriate across several functions including design, web, content and events
To support with the review and delivery of high-quality video content, working with external suppliers and key internal stake holders to ensure content complies to brand guidelines.
To co-ordinate requests, approvals and delivery of University branded merchandise, working with an external supplier to ensure all items are on brand and support the University’s sustainability policy.
Acting as a Brand Ambassador within and outside the business, attending/supporting at events, as required, to generate promotional content.
Please note: the successful candidate will be able to travel to locations across the UK to cover filming, project activities and events. Occasional overnight stays may also be required.

The successful candidate will have bags of initiative with a problem solver attitude. You will also have/be:
Experience in delivering marketing initiatives or working on projects across a range of channels (online and offline).
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of marketing deliverables before launch.
Ability to understand complex topics and simplify them for a wider audience.
Ability to manage multiple projects for different audiences simultaneously.
A strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
