Salary: £31,592 - £34,062 (GBP)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive digital support, ensuring staff, members, and volunteers can effectively use the organisation’s digital tools. The role is responsible for triaging and resolving support requests, while contributing to the creation of accessible, self-service content to enhance digital literacy across the party. The Digital Support Officer also ensures a high standard of support via the ticketing platform and other communication channels.
In addition, this role involves database administration and monitoring data quality across systems. Working closely with other teams to ensure data is maintained accurately and is easily reportable to meet organisational needs.
The Digital Support Officer will also drive continuous process improvement within the Digital Team by identifying inefficiencies and documenting repeatable processes. They will collaborate with other teams to support the evolution and documentation of their digital processes.
