Kooth PLC are on a mission to use technology as a way to remove any barriers that could prevent someone accessing the mental health support that they need. At Kooth, we create a welcoming space for effective personalised digital mental health care. Kooth is available to over 7.8 million users, who are able to go online and access effective therapy and wellbeing support by speaking to qualified counsellors to manage their mental health in a safe and anonymous way.
Kooth is the longest established digital mental health provider in the UK but became the first digital mental health company to list on the London Stock Exchange in 2020, so now is a great time to join and help us support more people towards better mental health.
Role Objective
The Senior Growth Manager is a new role, designed to bring clear strategic focus, scalable systems, and performance marketing discipline to our field and growth efforts.
You will lead a team of Senior Kooth Engagement Leads (SKELs) and Kooth Engagement Leads (KELs) across your region. KELs are the foundation of our growth model — they build relationships with schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations, deliver presentations and workshops, and drive awareness and registrations in their local areas. They know their communities, understand local needs, and are skilled at connecting young people to support. This role exists to enable them to work more strategically and effectively
As a regional leader, you will set the direction, design new approaches, implement digital tools, introduce new ways of working, and build repeatable frameworks that work across multiple contracts. You'll work closely with your peer (covering the other region), the Director of Marketing, and cross-functional partners in Commercial and central Marketing to support our next phase of growth.
