Your role
As we look to further develop volunteering and implement our plans for the future, we are seeking a talented Volunteering Growth Development Manager. As part of the Volunteering Development team, this role is critical in developing the volunteer experience for volunteers now, along with planning and implementing new approaches to attracting volunteers for the future.
This role will work across the organisation but have a focus in developing fundraising volunteering and will lead on:
Developing and leading projects to improve the volunteering lifecycle and overall experience
Leading how to celebrate volunteering across the organisation
Seeking new ways to increase engagement and retention of volunteers
About you
You will be an experienced, motivated volunteering professional who has developed and implemented volunteering initiatives on a similar scale. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be first class and most importantly, you will be passionate about making a difference.
Experience of operating across multiple jurisdictions (UK and Ireland) is highly desirable.
