An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Family Office Travel Coordinator to manage complex, high-volume luxury travel for a private family.
This is a fully remote role (previous hires have been based internationally) but requires total flexibility and availability.
The Role:
Organising all international luxury travel for four family members (and occasionally staff/friends)
Managing approximately 200+ flights per year, plus transfers, hotels and full itineraries
Coordinating chartered flights and private jets
Maximising travel booked on points where possible
Handling a high volume of WhatsApp communication (often 200+ travel-related messages)
Working closely with an external travel agency while taking full ownership of arrangements
Managing both long-term planned trips and last-minute travel changes
You will effectively be on call 24/7 as part of a live travel WhatsApp group linked directly to the family.
About You:
MUST have prior Travel Coordinator (Family Office)
Extensive background organising complex, high-end international travel
Confident managing multiple trips simultaneously with constant changes
Calm under pressure, highly responsive and solutions-focused
Discreet, resilient and able to operate at pace
This role is demanding and fast-moving - not for the faint-hearted - but offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a private family in a highly trusted capacity.
