    To be successful, you'll have:

    • A natural ability to present clearly and confidently, with a genuine love of engaging an audience

    • Experience delivering virtual and in-person training, workshops, or product demos

    • Confidence facilitating both one-to-many webinars and smaller, tailored sessions

    • The skill to translate product features into simple, practical guidance

    • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with Client Success, Marketing, Customer Services, and Product teams

    • An interest in using feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience

    Bonus points if you bring:

    • A proactive, organised approach and enthusiasm for driving more value to clients and users

    • Ideally, you’ll hold a full UK driving licence to support travel to client sites, including more remote locations.

    • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
