    We’re looking for an energetic and empathetic Trainer Support Specialist to help frontline workers across the UK get the most out of Magic Notes, our AI tool built by and for people on the frontline.

    You’ll lead engaging training sessions, support users one-to-one, and play a key role in helping thousands of practitioners feel confident using technology that makes their day-to-day work easier.

    You’ll be

    • Delivering engaging training sessions: Lead live and online sessions that are clear, practical and inspiring. You’ll help users feel confident using Magic Notes and bring energy to every session.

    • Training on the road: Travel across the UK to deliver in-person training and support local teams as they get started with Magic Notes.

    • Providing ongoing support: Be a trusted point of contact for users after training, answering questions, solving small issues and making sure every user feels supported.

    • Building helpful resources: Work with our Support teams to improve guides, videos and resources based on user needs and feedback.

    • Collaborating to improve Magic Notes: Share insights with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to help us make the product even better.

    You have

    • Training experience: You’ve been a teacher, trainer or facilitator, and you know how to hold a room and adapt your delivery to different audiences.

    • High energy and engagement: You bring warmth, enthusiasm and clarity to every session, keeping people interested and motivated.

    • The ability to deliver repeat sessions with energy: You know how to keep delivery fresh and engaging for each new or repeated group.

    • Empathy and understanding: You can connect with frontline workers and understand their challenges, making technology feel accessible and relevant.

    • Clear communication: You’re confident in presenting and explaining complex ideas simply, both in person and in writing.

    • Strong organisation and adaptability: You manage time well, handle change smoothly and stay calm under pressure.

    • An interest in technology: You’re curious about innovation and enjoy helping others get comfortable using new tools.

    • Bonus: You can speak another European language, with a strong interest in Italian or Dutch!
