About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Training Facilitator to join our Therapeutic & Quality Team. Reporting to the Therapeutic Training Team Leader, you will review, develop, and deliver therapeutic and core training modules across our diverse organisation, using a blended approach of face-to-face and online delivery.
You will work closely with colleagues across the Therapeutic & Quality Team to ensure training is relevant and tailored to staff in different roles. In addition, you will collaborate with the Head of Therapeutic Quality and Training (TQT) to design and deliver training sessions and workshops for a wider audience, including prison officers and partner organisations.
This is a remote role; however, substantial travel and overnight stays will be required to deliver training across our project sites in England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging therapeutic and core training modules through face-to-face and online methods.
Review, plan, and adapt training content to meet the needs of different roles and teams.
Work with the TQT team to develop new training sessions and workshops for internal and external audiences.
Complete the full training cycle: assess needs, plan, design, deliver, monitor, and evaluate.
Maintain strong communication with diverse groups, adapting your style to different audiences.
Support the embedding of best practice and high-quality standards across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator, or in a similar training role.
Experience working in a prison environment or community services with clients.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage the full training cycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt across cultures and audiences.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Moodle, Zoom, and Teams.
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
