Sustainability Officer
Employer: Plantlife
Location: Home working (with good wifi) or option to work within a local workspace if required. We have office facilities available in Salisbury, Wiltshire and Retford, Notts. Regular travel will be required across the UK to meet Plantlife colleagues and to attend events.
Working hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £32,925 - £35,639 per annum

This role plays an important part in helping Plantlife operate sustainably, safely and efficiently. You will take ownership of the day to day coordination that keeps our sustainability, facilities and health & safety processes running smoothly. Your work will ensure colleagues have the information, support and practical arrangements they need to do their jobs well.
You will gather and organise sustainability data, keep key records up to date, coordinate routine office and H&S tasks, and act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for colleagues and suppliers. You’ll work closely with the Director of Finance & Resources and be supported by our external Health & Safety consultant for specialist matters.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of organisational operations — making things work well, solving practical problems, and contributing to a positive, sustainable working environment.
